RedGifs Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the RedGifs Service signifies your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and all associated policies, including our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. RedGifs provides a digital platform for the discovery, sharing, and hosting of user-generated animated image content (GIFs), primarily within the adult entertainment (NSFW) category. • Our Content: The RedGifs name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of RedGifs or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
• Your Content: By submitting, posting, or displaying content on the Service, you grant RedGifs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the Service and RedGifs's business.
• Copyright Infringement (DMCA): We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us with the information required under applicable law (e.g., the Digital Millennium Copyright Act).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RedGifs, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to RedGifs, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. RedGifs expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that (i) the Service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, or (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
